Costs & conditions

Costs registration
The regular fee for 2 days is € 795,- excl. VAT per person.
The regular fee for 1 day is € 495,- excl. VAT per person
Registration fee includes: conference, exhibition, lunch, catering and documentation.

Confirmation of your registration
After your online registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, please contact or call +31 (0)40-2146203.
One week before the congress, you will receive an official confirmation of your registration by email.

Your data will be used to keep you posted about activities of CKC Seminars and participants.
If you do not want to receive this information, please let us know.

Any cancellation should be sent by e-mail to CKC Seminars. Delivery of cancellation has to be confirmed by the responsible person from CKC Seminars.
Please note that your registration can be transferred to a colleague.

Terms for fee refund
Until March 27th 2017: 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of € 50,- will be charged.
After March 27th 2017: no refund for congress fees will be made, the complete amount will be charged.

Invoices and payment
Invoices will be submitted electronically (or by post on request) to your business email address or to the mailbox of the accounts payable address of your company. Please note that the name of your company and the address have to be filled in correctly if the invoice has to be send to the accounts payable.
Also fill in the purchase number if needed for payment in your company.

Payment is required within 14 days, after you’ve received our invoice.

General terms and conditions
Our general terms and conditions are stored at the Chamber of Commerce Oost-Brabant, Eindhoven (The Netherlands), filling reference 17090331.
The general terms and conditions can apply to all conferences of CKC Seminars.
